Quotations at MISUMI

In order to receive a quote from MISUMI, it is necessary to be registered as a Corporate User. If you are a registered customer, log in to your account and request your quote online. You can find more detailed information on the enquiry process in the FAQ. You can download the offer directly as PDF file. If we need feedback from you, we will contact you. Please note that offers in the online shop can only be finalised if all possible problems (incorrect part numbers, delivery times requested from the suppliers, etc.) have been clarified in advance via the website and confirmed from your side. If you have any questions about your offer, please contact MISUMI Customer Service via the Help Center in your MyMISUMI profile.

What are the delivery times at MISUMI?

For delivery times, we differentiate between stock items and items that are ordered from our suppliers. Stock items ordered Mon-Thu by 4 pm or Fri by 3 pm (CET) will usually be dispatched on the same day. Items that we do not have in stock or items that are configured and manufactured on demand have a longer delivery time, which also depends on the production capacities of our suppliers. Deliveries outside Germany will have a longer delivery time, you can find more information in the FAQ. On our website, you will find a non-binding overview of delivery times when you have selected a product. The actual delivery date of your order is shown in your order confirmation.

Which shipping service providers will the delivery be handled by?

In Germany, orders are generally shipped with GLS whereas TNT is our standard provider for shipments to all other countries. In rare cases, we may ship with other carriers such as DHL, UPS or Raben Logistics.

If your company has a carrier account with TNT, DHL, FEDEX or UPS, this information can be added to your MISUMI corporate account. Please contact us via the Help Center in your MyMISUMI profile and provide the relevant shipping service provider, and the carrier account number. As soon as this is set-up, we will send you a confirmation and your next order will be charged directly to your carrier account.

INFO:

Due to customs clearance deliveries to destinations outside Germany may take longer. Depending on product size, weight and dimensions, on contrary to our standard delivery terms (refer to AGB — general terms and conditions) other dispatching types may be used. Due to free-unloading-ramp deliveries, forwarder performed deliveries demand a customer provided forklift or elevating truck. Depending on your location, please add the days mentioned in the table to the delivery time mentioned on the product page in the Online Shop.

Can I have my goods delivered to a private address?

As a B2B company, MISUMI can only deliver to registered companies or universities. Deliveries to private and home-office/remote-work addresses, as well as deliveries to post boxes, parcel shops, self-storage hubs and hotel addresses are not possible.

Are discounts available at MISUMI?

With MISUMI, you will receive a quantity discount on your item depending on the quantity ordered. You can see the discounts for the individual products on the respective product page of the items in the online shop, if available.
 
Please be aware that MISUMI does not provide resale discounts.

Can I request express shipping?

MISUMI offers express shipping for deliveries within Germany and Europe.

Most deliveries within Germany, arrive the next working day. For express deliveries within Europe, delivery times vary from country to country, but generally arrive in one to two working days. The respective delivery time to your country and the increase in shipping costs can be found on the shipping costs/delivery time overview in the FAQ. During the online order process, you can choose standard or express delivery via the corresponding button. Please note that express delivery is not available on Saturdays. In case a Saturday delivery is required, please contact us through our Help Center in your MyMISUMI Profile:

  • Provide detailed information about the relevant order/item

Who can request quotations from MISUMI?

Officially registered companies, traders and educational institutions can request quotations from MISUMI. To receive quotations, you must be registered as a "Corporate User", which you can do here. Enquires and orders from private individuals cannot be processed.

How can I request a quotation?

As a registered MISUMI customer, you can obtain your quotation requests via the online shop:
 
  • Log in to your MISUMI account
  • Then go to the MISUMI main page and click on the yellow Quote/Order button
  • Enter the necessary data: Part numbers, quantity, etc. and add the items to the shopping cart
  • Select the ‘Go to quotation’ option in the shopping basket
  • In the next step, check the address data for the billing & delivery address
  • Confirm your quotation request in the next step.
 
You will then receive your quote as a PDF by email and can also view it in your quotation overview the MyMISUMI customer portal after a short transmission time.

How long are MISUMI quotations valid?

The quotations are valid for 4 weeks from the date of issue. The validity may be shortened if the quotation contains items that must be requested separately from our suppliers, due to large quantities or special conditions from the supplier. You will be informed of this on the quotation or the order confirmation. The date of validity for each item is therefore shown next to the part number on the right.
