Within the standard delivery time of products (between 3 and 9 working days until shipment) there is no possibility to shorten the delivery time. If you see a later delivery date than the standard delivery time displayed on the product page, please proceed as follows:
- Log in to your MyMISUMI profile
- Go to Help Center
- Select the categories ‘Order’ and ‘Change/Modify’
- Select ‘Delivery date’ from the drop-down menu
- Give us detailed information for which item and order you are requesting a delivery time reduction
We individually request from the supplier if a shorter delivery time will be possible. The supplier's response usually takes up to the next working day. We will inform you as soon as possible.
