[Features] -Demonstrates high performance when machining general steel, EN 1.4301 Equiv. (sintered) and heat-treated steel (up to 50 HRC)-The unique shape of the chipbreaker enables grooves to be cut with a depth of cut equivalent to that of a 2-flute tool-Compared to square shoulder cutters with 30° helix angle, both rotation and feed are more than twice as fast-The 45° helix angle makes it ideal for high speed machining compared to a general purpose square end mill with 30° helix angle-it has a coating with high oxidation resistance and high hardness and achieves long life. Effective in high-speed machining and dry machining as coating properties-Can be reground.
