Minimum Stroke for Auto Switch Mounting

*The minimum stroke for mounting varies with the auto switch type and cylinder mounting type. In particular, the center trunnion type requires careful attention. (Refer to the catalog for details.)

Usage Precautions

* Avoid using it to give rotational torque to the piston rod. The detent guide will be deformed and the non-rotation accuracy will increase. Also, when screwing the nut into the threaded part at the tip of the piston rod, make sure that the piston rod is pulled in to the final end and hook the spanner on the part that protrudes from the parallel part of the rod.
At this time, be careful not to apply the tightening torque to the detent guide when tightening.

Disassembly/Replacement

* To replace the rod packing, please contact our manufacturer's support center. Air leakage may occur depending on the position where the rod packing is installed. please contact our support center when replacing it.
Do not replace the detent guide. The detent guide is press-fitted, so when replacing it, replace it with the cover assembly.
