■ Features
The button die can be extracted from the top surface of the die.
Compared to the conventional striking work, there is no need to remove the inserted part or to reverse the mold.

Because the structure is so that it is pulled out by hooking it on the lower hole of the button die, it may not be pulled out if it is not hooked enough.

■ Usage (In case round hole dies)

1. Measure the inner diameter of the button die.

2. Select a puller applicable to the measured
inner diameter

In this case (8.36 mm inner diameter), select the
tool whose applicable dimensions are from 8.0
to 8.9 mm.

3-1. Loosen the upper nut of the puller and insert it
into the button die.

3-2. Tighten the nut and check for the hooking
against the lower hole of the button die.

4. After tightening the nut with your hand,
rotate it two to three times with a spanner to tighten it
further.

5. Install the joint nut so that it is in close contact
with the button die.

In No.⑪ / ⑫, a gap is caused between
the joint nut and the button die depending on the
hole depth of the button die.

6. Attach the dowel pin extractor.

Move the hammer up and down several times
to make sure the puller is properly fixed.

7. Slide the hammer and pull out the button die.

• Use a puller that applies to the button die inner diameter size.
• Headed button dies and angular relief button dies cannot be used.
