Chain Couplings (Max. Rotational Speed Range: 100 to 300)
Chain couplings are shaft fittings consisting of 2 rows of roller chains and 2 sprockets. The chains are easy to connect and separate simply by removing a single pin. The structure consists of a chain meshed to the outer teeth of the sprocket, which transmits the torque and is suitable for small-scale power transmission. Vibration and impacts can be absorbed by using chain coupling. Also, a certain range of misalignment is allowed due to aging or when a drive shaft or passive shaft is mounted. The case is split into 2 parts, grips the coupling at the top and bottom, and is fixed with screws.
