Modification/Removal Tools
Correction / removal tools are tools that correct damaged threads and remove broken taps. There are thread correction tools to fix the threads that have been damaged by crushing, rust, etc. Unlike thread cutting tools, only the damaged part can be corrected, such as for imperial threads , metric screws, etc. It can be used for screws with rust or paint stains. The inner diameter screw thread correction tool corrects the thread by pressing the blade against the inner thread, and the outer diameter thread correction tool rotates and fixes the damaged screw. The removal tool includes a fold tap removal tool that can remove a broken tap in the middle without damaging the thread, and an extractor used to remove a broken bolt with a tap holder or tap handle. When removing bolts and taps, it is necessary to check the outer diameter and select a tool that matches the situation.
