UTDF 2-Flute Flat Drill

· The 180° tip angle design allows for hole drilling in various applications that are difficult with a normal drill.
· Adopts a 30° torsion angle for stable and high efficiency hole drilling with excellent chip discharge.
· Has a thinned shape for improved chip discharging and sharpness.
· The guiding effect of the double margin to the inner wall of the hole ensures straightness during hole drilling, even for non-planar shapes.
· Product lineup to accommodate various tap pilot hole diameter sizes.

(i)Remark

Adjust the cutting conditions based on the machinery rigidity, the state of the workpiece clamp and the shape of the workpiece to be machined.
Water-soluble or oil-based machining oil is recommended. Perform step machining if it becomes clogged with cutting chips.
